Our Services
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance use disorder
We currently provide both virtual and in-person services
At Sigma Counseling Services, we offer both virtual and in-person treatment options for individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. We provide two levels of outpatient care:
Level I: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Level II: Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP). Both programs are designed to blend individual and group counseling to support long-term recovery from drugs, alcohol, or both.
Level I: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a Texas-certified, in-depth treatment for individuals experiencing substance use challenges. Designed to address the physical, emotional, social, and legal consequences of substance abuse, the IOP goes beyond abstinence to help clients build fulfilling, productive lives in recovery.
Program Features:
- Comprehensive Assessment: Each client undergoes a face-to-face interview and screening to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific needs.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Based on intake information and screening results, we tailor treatment plans to each client’s unique substance use issues, ensuring a personalized approach to recovery.
- Group Counseling & Education Sessions: Clients attend group therapy sessions where they receive education on addiction and recovery, as well as peer support.
- Individual & Family Counseling: In addition to group sessions, clients may receive one-on-one counseling and family therapy as needed to foster a holistic recovery process.
- Relapse Prevention: We help clients create comprehensive relapse prevention plans that address the triggers and stressors they may face in everyday life.
- Licensed by Texas State (HHSC): Our program is licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and works closely with local courts, probation departments, and Child Protective Services (DFPS).
Our IOP is widely recognized and accepted by local courts and probation departments in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Tarrant, and other counties. We are committed to supporting our clients in meeting program requirements and achieving successful recovery.
