Our practicum and internship program is ideal for students pursuing degrees in counseling, psychology, social work, or related fields. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment where you will:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services under the supervision of licensed clinicians
  • Gain experience working with diverse client populations, including those struggling with mental health issues, substance abuse, family and relationship challenges, and more
  • Participate in treatment planning, case management, and clinical documentation
  • Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced therapists
  • Attend clinical training and supervision sessions to enhance your counseling techniques and knowledge of evidence-based practices

Areas of Focus:

Interns and practicum students will have the opportunity to work in several key areas, including:

  • Individual Counseling: Work with clients facing various mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Family and Couples Counseling: Help families and couples navigate conflicts and improve communication.
  • Substance Abuse Counseling: Assist clients in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) as they work toward recovery.
  • Court-Mandated Counseling: Gain experience providing court-ordered services such as anger management, parenting education, and substance abuse assessments.

Our program is designed for students who are currently enrolled in graduate-level counseling, social work, psychology, or related degree programs. Applicants must be seeking practicum or internship placements required for their academic program.
