Sigma Counseling Services is a multicultural community mental health clinic that offers affordable mental health services. We provide counseling and psychological services related to substance use disorders, mental health counseling, psychological testing and evaluation, EAP (employee assistance program), court-ordered evaluation/treatments, and general counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Primary responsibilities include directing the therapeutic services of patients, working among an interdisciplinary treatment team, and providing individual psychotherapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Counselors should be well versed in conducting psychosocial assessments, DSM-V diagnostic criteria, and administrative skills such as progress notes and case reports.

We are currently providing services online until further notice. All applicants should be able to arrange travel arrangements for our Carrollton office once we reopen our physical location.

Spanish speaking applicants are strongly preferred, though other qualified applicants will be considered for employment.

We are currently seeking mental health professionals: LP, LMFT, LCDC, LPC, & LPC-Intern.

Requirements: Must be licensed as a LPC, LP, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC, or LPC-Intern by the Texas State Board of Examiners. Requires familiarity with conducting psychosocial assessments and evaluations, providing psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a therapeutic setting. Must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and possess good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill in meeting age-related and a wide variety of patients' needs.
